The Red Snapper Group is unique of its type in comprising five divisions - Police, offender management, community safety, enforcement and risk & counter fraud teams which aim to provide a better standard of crime, regulatory compliance and offender management recruitment.

Criminal Justice Skills is a niche provider of interim and permanent criminal justice practitioners for UK criminal justice organisations. We are solely dedicated to the Criminal Justice Sector and our clients include every police authority within the UK, the majority of Youth Offending Teams and Probation Services along with many commercial and not-for-profit organisations.

Enforcement Skills provides a range of traditional and innovative recruitment and staffing
services to UK regulators and the broader regulatory and compliance markets such as trading standards, licensing, and environmental enforcement. We are pleased to have worked on recruitment projects and maintain ongoing relationships with the Charity Commission, Entrust, Electoral Commission, Legal Services Commissions, the Pensions Ombudsman the Environment Agency and the Office of Fair Trading to name but a few.

Counter Fraud Skills is a practitioner led recruitment specialist who combines industry and technical knowledge with a consultative recruitment process. Our focus is 100% on the counter fraud work community as it fits into the vast array of organisations and industries it serves. These sectors include Financial Services, Charities, Technology, Gaming and Retail.

Risk Skills is a recently formed division whose primary focus is the supply of operational Risk and regulatory compliance professionals to the private and public sectors. This division was created due to organisations recognising that their risk mitigation procedures were in need of improvement. Clients include Lloyds TSB, Santandar, Capital One and APACS.

Police Skills is a market leading recruitment business dedicated to supplying police and criminal justice practitioners on an interim and permanent employment basis to police, criminal justice, public and commercial sector employers. Clients include all UK Police forces, SOCA, IPCC, SFO and the Home Office.

Community Safety Skills specialises in supplying crime reduction, anti-social behaviour and community safety professionals to local authorities, social housing, schools, fire services and other organisations involved in the Crime & Disorder Reduction Partnership (CDRP)
